It’s interesting and frightening how different countries value safety. When we were in Panama a few weeks ago I came across this extremely dangerous fence when I nearly leaned against it to take a picture. Thankfully, someone saw the hole and corrosion and warned me in time. I’m not sure if you can appreciate the height of this perch.
