The Chinese New Year is here. It’s the year of the earth dog. Just like real dogs, people born in the year of the dog are laid back. My husband, Greg was born in 1958, under the year of the dog. I was born under the sign of the fire rooster, so its definitely “opposites attract.” I’m a go-getter, impulsive and yes, fiery personality. Greg takes his time, ponders and thinks things through. We make a good balanced couple.

The year of the dog comes after the year of the fiery rooster. It was a successful and busy year. I retired after a forty year career, published my memoir, Not My Story To Tell, and have spent months promoting it. The year of the dog promises a more relaxed year.
