My Whirlwind Summer, So Far

I’ve been off work for two days and I’ve travelled to Waterloo, Ontario and Bath, Ontario. For those of you who don’t know the area, it’s literally from one side of Lake Ontario to the other. I started at the bubble that says ‘3hr 11 min’ travelled west to Kitchener/Waterloo, back to the bubble (where I live) then east to my daughter, Candice and grandson, Oliver’s. This was all done in a twenty-four hour period. Thats approximately 500 kilometres. It’s a great start to my summer because I spent Canada Day with my mom, sister, brother, and their families. Plus two dogs. Now I’m enjoying my time with Candice, Oliver and Boo.

  1. Oh have fun!! And it was fun seeing your map because I am from Buffalo (see it down below your long blue travel line?)
And I wish I was there this weekend – but maybe later this summer –
Anyhow – enjoy your family! And the road tripping – 😎☀️☀️☀️

  2. Sounds like a fun trip.

I look forward to the day when I can start taking more time off to travel a bit. Have g a pet and young kid makes such activities a bit of a challenge logistically and financially.

    Have a lovely weekend. 🌷
