I have “virgin” hair. A hairdresser told me that when I went to have it cut to send away to the “Angel Network”, a place where they make wigs for kids who have cancer. It means that I don’t colour, perm or tamper with it in any way. I don’t even use conditioner because I’m allergic to it. I just use shampoo. I grow it, cut it, donate it and grow it again. It’s one of the charitable contributions I make each year and it doesn’t cost me a cent. Here are some of the “great lengths” I’ve gone with my hair (If you’ll pardon the pun).

It’s easy for me. I have no emotional attachment to my hair. It will grow back!
