I mentioned that my great-grandfather was an architect in Toronto in a post a few months ago. You can read that here. I just discovered that one of his old buildings has been made into a cool restaurant and they named it after him. His name was Frank Wickson. On the inside of the building is a plaque honouring him and his company.
If you’re ever in Toronto, check it out. You can find more information about the restaurant here.
What an awesome discovery, Cathy!! I just love the wide floor planks, original I would bet. I haven’t been to Canada in many years, but now have a reason to begin an agenda. Thanks for sharing!
