My sister and her husband are selling their condo in Florida. It’s become very expensive for Canadians to winter in Florida since our dollar has dropped. We pay $.25 in addition to every American dollar. That adds up in monthly condo fees, taxes and fun!
We have spent the last two Christmasses at this condo and it was a wonderful respite from our frigid winter. We will miss the lovely weather and beautiful surroundings of this paradise.
