Thanks to Nena for the inspiration for this post. I had never heard of the term “Bluddies” before reading her post. You can read it here. “Bluddies”are Blog Buddies. I’d never known there was a name for all the wonderful people I have met since I started blogging. In fact I didn’t realize I would be meeting anyone when I began this blogging journey.
I had blogged in the past but it was an isolating experience. I would post my blog on Facebook so people could read it. I didn’t even realize other bloggers were out there possibly reading it too. It wasn’t until I enrolled in Blogging U that I was able to connect with other bloggers and I’m sure happy I did. Now I have so many new Bluddies!

I have found an amazing collection of different people all blogging about different things. Everyone has been so kind. It’s been an amazing experience. I’m glad you’re one of my bluddies!

How true! My work colleague and I were just discussing how we have been treated by those who don’t “get” us. Many people don’t “get” people with autism and therefore dismiss us. We really have to fight to be understood.
