Awards Galore!

Thank you to ShoriilliizzeeAnandRashmiNancyAvenscent and Kathy for nominating me for these prestigious awards! I’m truly honoured. I’m going to combine these requirements into one.

How My Blog Started

I am writing a book about my daughter, Justine, who was killed in a car accident. Blogging is a good way to “keep the writing muscle” sharp, I learned in my online writing course. I’m also building a platform for my book so this is a great place to do that.

Advice For New Bloggers

I’m a fairly new blogger myself so I would advise any new blogger to sign up for WordPress U 101. You will learn so much!

My Answers

1) I cherish my 5 month old grandson. He brings so much joy into my heart!

2) I was challenged to my core last March when my daughter was killed in a car accident.

3) My grandson, Oliver!

4) My aspiration is to finish my book, “Not My Story To Tell” and get it published.

5) I’ve been married for 36 years so I would have to pass on any naughtiness with a cute stranger!

      1. I’ve read your blog about your daughter and I’m sorry for your loss. I have gone through the same challenge when I lose my first baby boy in my womb when he was just 7 months old because of a cord accident. I can’t help but cry when I remember him and maybe when I’m ready I will be able to write about it just like you did. I admire your courage and you are really a talented writer 🙂

      2. It’s been 5 years but I guess we will never overcome the loss of a child we are just learning to cope with it. It’s sad but it will not dampen my spirit especially if there are support from loved one and friends 🙂 Thank you 🙂

  1. We always face challenges and loss of a loved one will be the biggest and hardest challenge of all. Being positive and surrounding yourself with positive people really helps 🙂 In a different note, I thank you for your blog for us newbie bloggers 🙂
